I was born in Brazil with big dreams and a sensitive heart. From a young age, I felt things deeply-people's energy, their pain, their joy. I didn't quite fit the mould.
I often felt like I was too much... or not enough. Always watching the world from the edges, never fully knowing where I belonged.
From a young age, I learned how to read the room, adapt, and survive. I moved through the world with an invisible suitcase packed full of dreams, faith, and a deep desire to feel at home, not just in a place, but in my own skin.
I left Brazil in my early twenties with £100 and no English. I landed in London with more grit than guidance, working multiple jobs, navigating the unknown, and learning how to survive in a world that never quite reflected me. I always felt like the outsider--the one who didn't quite fit in. But quietly, I was building resilience. Quietly, I was becoming her.
Love brought me across oceans. My husband and I built a life in the Cayman Islands, survived a hurricane, chronic illness, loss, motherhood, and migration-until we landed in Australia. A new country, a new beginning, and still... a part of me was searching.
Villanova Contour was born from that search.
The name Villanova is a love letter to my roots-a tribute to Vila Nova Curuça, the quiet Brazilian suburb where my grandparents once lived. It was a place filled with warmth, simplicity, and love. A place where I felt safe, seen, and held. I wanted to bring that same feeling into my clinic-a sense of coming home. Contour reflects both the sculpting of the body and the shaping of the self. Because here, transformation is more than physical-it's energetic, emotional, and deeply personal.
I created a space that blended all of me-my deep love for beauty, my calling to heal, my roots, and my spirituality—a sanctuary where women (and men) could feel seen, held, and restored.
Where fat freezing and HIFU treatments are paired with energy healing, because we store pain in the body, and we heal through presence, not pressure.
With over 10 years of experience working in high-end spas and wellness spaces across the world, from London to the Ritz-Carlton in the Caribbean, I've come to understand that true beauty is not just skin-deep. It's energetic. It's emotional. And it deserves to be nurtured with intention.
Over the years, I've learned that believing in something, in anything, is what keeps us going, whether it's God, spirit, the universe, or simply the whisper of hope... belief is what lights the path forward.
